Explore Bahrain Fort and Bahrain Fort Museum.
The fort is located atop a 17.5-hectare artificial hill that has been built over more than 4,000 years of continuous occupation. It is the site of the former capital of Dilmun and one of the most archaeological sites in the Arabian Gulf. The site museum display area consists of 5 exhibition halls organized around a massive Tell Wall and it has been open to the public since 2008. Take a look at the Camel Farm and the King Fahad Causeway which is a series of bridges and causeways connecting the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Kingdom of Bahrain.
